Cancellation/Refund Policy
All course fees are non-refundable. Once purchased the access to the course, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Fees and Payments The course fee grants lifetime access to the course content, including any future updates. All fees are payable through the Kajabi platform and Stripe Third Party Connection and must be paid in full to gain access. This fee is non-refundable.
Payment Plan Agreement
TRADESWITHRAMA LLC offers a payment plan option as a convenience to users wishing to spread the cost of the course over three months. Under this plan, users agree to pay $331 per month for three consecutive months, totaling $993. By opting into this payment plan, users are committing to complete all three payments.
Cancellation and Non-Completion of Payment Plan Once a user has enrolled in the payment plan and made the first installment, they are obligated to complete the remaining payments as scheduled. If a user cancels the plan or fails to make the scheduled payments, TRADESWITHRAMA LLC reserves the right to terminate access to the course immediately. Additionally, the user remains liable for the balance owed, and TRADESWITHRAMA LLC reserves the right to pursue collection of the full amount, including through third-party collection agencies if necessary.
Cancellation of the payment plan does NOT entitle the user to a refund of payments already made. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that payments are made on time as agreed upon at the start of the payment plan. No payments and fees are refundable.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability TRADESWITHRAMA, Rama Mustapha, provides this course for educational purposes only and does not guarantee any specific trading or financial results. Users assume full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on the course content. Definition of Lifetime Access
"Lifetime access" refers to the lifetime of the course offered by TRADESWITHRAMA LLC, not the lifetime of the purchaser. The term "lifetime" is defined as the period during which TRADESWITHRAMA LLC continues to offer and support the online course. The user understands and agrees that the course may be discontinued, and support for the course may be withdrawn at the discretion of TRADESWITHRAMA LLC without any obligation to the user. In the event that the course is terminated or access is otherwise discontinued, the user will not be entitled to a refund.
Release and Indemnification
Release: The customers and users hereby release and forever discharge TRADESWITHRAMA LLC, Rama Mustapha (the "educator"), its officers, employees, agents, and successors from any claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with the customers and users participation in the online course.
Indemnification: The customer and user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Trainer, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from (1) any information provided by the customer and user or that the customer and user fails to provide, (2) any breach of this Agreement by the customer and user, or (3) the customer and user's participation in the online educational course. This indemnification shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement and/or the customer and user's participation in the online educational course.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall TRADESWITHRAMA, Rama Mustapha be liable to the customer and user or any third party for any special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or investment losses, arising out of or related to this Agreement or the customer and user's participation in the online educational course, even if TRADESWITHRAMA, Rama Mustapha has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the customer and user might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages), the entire liability of TRADESWITHRAMA, Rama Mustapha under any provision of this Agreement and the customers and user's exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer and user to TRADESWITHRAMA, Rama Mustapha under this Agreement for the product rendered hereunder.
Acknowledgment of Understanding: The customer and user acknowledges that they have read this Release and Indemnification section, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms. The customer and user further understands that this Release and Indemnification section is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of [Jurisdiction] and agrees that if any portion of this section is held invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect.
Customer Testimonials and Opinions TRADESWITHRAMA LLC, Rama Mustapha, may present testimonials and opinions from past or current customers from time to time. These testimonials reflect the real-life experiences and opinions of such users. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and TRADESWITHRAMA agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

Termination/Access Restriction
TRADESWITHRAMA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in California in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and TRADESWITHRAMA as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. TRADESWITHRAMA's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of TRADESWITHRAMA's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by TRADESWITHRAMA with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and TRADESWITHRAMA with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and TRADESWITHRAMA with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
Termination TRADESWITHRAMA reserves the right to terminate any user account if the user disputes the charge for the course. Upon termination, the user will lose all access to the course and any associated services.
Changes to Terms
TRADESWITHRAMA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which www.tradeswithrama.co and https://levelsystemseries.mykajabi.com/ and www.levelsystemseries.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. TRADESWITHRAMA encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
